ALUMINIUM 100

The ALUMINIUM100 vapor barrier membrane is used for all types of pitched roofs, external and internal insulation of walls and floors.

When installing an insulated roof, the Roofer vapor barrier membrane is installed from the middle of the room with the marked side inward with a mandatory overlap of at least 150mm. All overlaps and joints to walls and rafters MUST be glued. Overlaps are glued using Roofer adhesive polypropylene tape, joints to walls and rafters using Roofer K2 butyl rubber tape. When installing a mansard roof, where the difference between external and internal temperatures reaches a maximum, the Roofer vapor barrier membrane is mounted through a counter rail at a distance of 30-50mm from the insulation, which additionally prevents the formation of moisture in the middle of the insulation. For vapor barrier walls, Roofer membranes must be fastened to the overlaps using polypropylene adhesive tape. The membrane is fixed using rails or a profile, fastening is carried out in a standard way as for other materials. When vapor barrier flooring, the Roofer membrane is laid directly on the slab, or on the insulation with a mandatory overlap at the joints of at least 150-200mm. with the marked side facing up. All joints must be fastened with overlaps using Roofer adhesive polypropylene tape.

Original TM ROOFER membranes are packed exclusively in branded packaging with the address of the manufacturer's facilities and technical specifications. The packed rolls must be glued on the ends with Roofer branded tape with the trademark applied to it. In the expanded form, all membranes have dotted markings on both sides at a distance of 150 mm. from the edge, the company logo and a printed batch number.
