1. General Provisions
This Agreement governs the relationship regarding the use of the websites www.roofer.ua, roofer.ua (hereinafter together: "Website") between the "User" and a legal entity, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, 49000, Dnipro, Ukraine, Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Ave 139, tel. +38 068 574-48-33, represented by the director of the board Kovalenko Andrii, who is the responsible person within the meaning of the current data protection legislation (hereinafter the Company, ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC).
This Agreement does not regulate, and ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC is not responsible for, the collection, storage, processing, use, and disclosure of the user's personal data and any other information by third parties not owned or managed by ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC, and by individuals who are not employees of ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC, even if the User gained access to the websites, goods, or services of these persons through ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC or its mailing list.
Confidential in the meaning of this Agreement is only the information that is stored in the website's database in an encrypted state and is accessible only to ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC.
The User acknowledges that, in case of their negligent attitude towards the security and protection of their personal data and authorization data, third parties may gain unauthorized access to the User's account and Personal and other data. ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC is not responsible for losses caused by such access.
Sufficient notification to the User about the inclusion of their personal data in the "Clients" database will be the confirmation of the User's registration. ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC does not transfer personal data and other information to third parties, except for the cases provided below. Users, in accordance with this Agreement, have granted "ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC" the right to disclose, under the terms of this Agreement, personal data, as well as other user information, to third parties who provide services to "ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC," including but not limited to, processing applications, payments, and delivering parcels. Third parties may use user information only if they provide services to ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC and only the information that is necessary for providing the service. Also, the disclosure of personal data without the consent of the User or a person authorized by them is permitted in cases defined by law, and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.
2. Procedure for Obtaining Personal Data
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC, independently or through its agents, may collect personal information, namely: first name, middle name, last name, passport data, identification code, contact phone numbers, email address, region and locality of residence of the User, password for identification, as well as data that are used to fill out forms of online services that are placed on the websites;
The file name of the page or file or the information that the User enters (e.g., query parameters in the URL).
The file name of the page from which the User was invited to the current page or file;
Date and time of the request;
Access status (page transmitted, page not found, etc.);
Type and operating system of the web browser used;
The User's IP address and, if applicable, their domain name or internet service provider's name;
Statistics on page views, traffic data (each of which uses cookies)
Upon registration, ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC may collect the following data about the User:
– first name, middle name, last name, passport data, identification code, contact phone numbers, accounts and/or social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, email address, region and locality of residence of the User, password for identification, as well as data that are used to fill out forms of third-party online services that are placed on the websites.
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC may also collect other information:
– Cookies in order to provide online services that depend on them, for example, storing data in the shopping cart between visits;
– The User's IP address.
Depending on which online service the User uses, ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC collects additional data that the User enters on the ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC website. The User is not obligated to provide the data, but without this data, the User will not be able to use the corresponding online service.
All information is collected by the Company as is and is not changed during the data collection process. The User is responsible for providing accurate information, including information about personal data. ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC has the right, if necessary, to verify the correctness of the information provided, as well as to request confirmation of the information provided if this is necessary to provide services to the User.
3. Procedure for Using User Information
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC may use your first name, region and locality where you live, email address, phone number, and password to identify you as a user of ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC. ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC may use your contact information to process our mailing list, namely to notify you about new features, promotions, and other news of the websites: ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC, AUTO.RIA, DOM.RIA.
The User can always refuse to receive mailings to their contact information. The processing of personal data may be carried out for the purpose of implementing civil law relations, tax and accounting relations, fulfilling contractual obligations to provide services, providing access to the website's online service, for identifying the client as a user of the website, for the purpose of providing, offering services, processing payments, postal addresses, creating and implementing bonus programs, sending commercial offers and information by mail, email, offering new services, transferring any information other than the subject of the contract, conducting settlement operations, providing reports, maintaining accounting and management accounting, improving the quality of services, providing the website's online services, placing information (data) of the client on the websites of the owner of the personal data base, simplifying work with the website, and improving its materials.
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC processes the User's data to make the offer and corresponding online services available to Users. In addition, some further processing is carried out for further purposes that RIA.com describes below along with the corresponding legal grounds. In addition, on the ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC platform, we use various methods of analyzing the use and reproduction of ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC online advertising (also using cookies). ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC also processes data for the purposes of direct advertising of ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC by email and for security purposes.
To attract interested Users with offers on the ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC websites, ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC sometimes also distributes advertising through partner websites. 6. AdWords
We have integrated Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an internet advertising service of Google. Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA, "Google") that allows advertisers to place advertisements in Google search results and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define certain keywords to display an ad in Google search results only when a user uses the search engine to get search results that match the keywords. In the Google network, ads are distributed to thematic websites using an automatic algorithm and the use of previously defined keywords.
The purpose of Google AdWords is to advertise our website by showing relevant advertising on third-party websites and in the search results of the Google search engine and by showing third-party advertisements on our website.
If a User gets to our website through a Google advertisement, a so-called prefixation cookie is stored in Google's information technology system. Cookies are deleted after thirty days and are not used to identify the corresponding user. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to determine whether certain subpages, such as the shopping cart of the Internet store system, were called on our website.
7. Facebook Tracking Pixel
The Facebook tracking pixel is integrated on our website. With the help of this pixel, Facebook can track the user's behavior on the website. The user's behavior can be used to create a custom audience on the Facebook audience website, which is classified according to the user's behavior.

8. Security and Protection Against Misuse.

(c) the user objects to the processing of personal data when processing personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, to the extent that it is related to the specified direct marketing (Part 1 of Article 21 GDPR), or the User objects to the processing in accordance with Part 2 of Article 21 GDPR;
(d) personal data were processed unlawfully;
(e) personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU or EU state law;
(f) personal data was collected in connection with the offer of an information society service specified in Part 1 of Article 8 GDPR.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to demand from us the restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR in the following cases:
(a) if the User disputes the accuracy of personal data, - for a period allowing the responsible operator to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
(b) if the processing is unlawful, but the User does not demand the erasure of personal data, but only requests the restriction of their use;
(c) ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are needed by the User for the preparation, filing, or defense of legal claims;
(d) the subject of personal data has objected to the processing in accordance with Part 1 of Article 21 GDPR - for the period until the responsible operator verifies the prevalence of legal grounds or the User's justifications. If the processing of personal data is restricted, such personal data, with the exception of storage, can only be processed with the consent of the user or for the purpose of preparing, filing, or defending legal claims, protecting the rights of another natural or legal person, or due to significant public interests of the EU or an EU state.
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC notifies the User who requested the restriction of the processing of their personal data about the termination of the restriction.
Obligation of notification
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC transfers information about any corrections, erasure, or restriction of the processing of personal data to each recipient to whom the personal data was disclosed, except in cases where this is impossible or requires disproportionate efforts. At the request of such a User, ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC informs him about such recipients.
Right to data portability
The User has the right to receive their personal data provided by them to ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC in a commonly used structured, machine-readable format, and has the right to transfer this data to another responsible operator without obstacles from ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC if:
– the user has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
– the processing is carried out by automated means.
The above right should not affect the rights and freedoms of other people.
By exercising their right to data portability, the User has the right to direct transfer of personal data from ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC to another operator, if this is technically feasible.
This right does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of tasks in the public interest or when performing the official powers of the responsible operator.
Right to information and complaints
You have the right to demand from us any information about the personal data that ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC processed in relation to you.

12. Information Security
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC takes all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, in particular, an internal audit of data collection, storage, and processing processes and security measures, all data that ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC collects is stored on one or more protected database servers and cannot be accessed from outside our corporate network.
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC provides access to personal data and information only to those employees, contractors, and agents of ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC who need to have this information to carry out operations performed on our behalf. Agreements have been signed with these persons in which they undertake to comply with confidentiality and may be subject to penalties, including dismissal and criminal prosecution, if they violate these obligations. 13. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change the terms of the privacy policy. In such a case, we will replace the version on the terms page, so please review the page periodically. All changes to the Agreement come into force from the moment of their publication. By using the Website, the User confirms their agreement with the new terms of the Privacy Policy in the version that is valid at the time the User uses the Website.
14. Additional Terms
ROOFER-UKRAINE LLC is not responsible for damages or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Agreement, instructions on the procedure for using the Website, regarding the procedure for placing data, and other technical issues.
This Agreement applies to the User from the moment they use the website, including placing information (data), and is valid as long as any information about the user, including personal data, is stored on the websites.
